A mala is a traditional Indian garland or necklace of 108 beads (+ one, the guru bead), used a tool for meditation (similar to the Western rosary). Not only are these pieces beautiful, they can assist you in engraining & actualizing a mantra & are believed to support your energy when busy, traveling or confronted with negativity. A mala is a reminder of mindfulness or your chosen intention that can journey with you by your heart or wrist throughout your day.

Design Create Meditate Mala Kits

Each Mala Kit includes enough materials to create two of your own Malas. Crystals are sourced from a small business in Nepal. Each kits is uniquely designed with themed crystals & includes a description of their meaning, as well as: 

- 2 tassels

- 3 different guru beads

- 108 rudraksha beads

- 120+ crystals 

- silver & gold accent beads

- a big-eye beading needle & strong thread
